.. Announcing Swampadelica's July
22nd, 2008 release date of their new
album entitled S'AC PASSÉ?. Entitled
in Haitian Kreyol, “S'ac Passe?” is
a greeting meaning “What's going
on?” to which the traditional
response is “N'ap Boule!”, or, our
fire is burning. As the title may
suggest S'AC PASSÉ? finds the band
blending lead vocalist's Nadïne
LaFond's Haitian Kreyol with English
and mixing instrumentation such as
the American jazz & rock staples of
Hammond B3 & electric guitar, with
various world instruments.
