Ages
You must be 18 years or older to enter Sullivan Hall, and 21 to drink. Everyone must have some form of ID to be admitted. We accept college ID as a form of ID. If someone does not have any form of ID, they will not be permitted into the club. This is NYC Police orders, not the venue's. Please advertise your performance as an 18+ performance.

We will allow someone under the age of 18, with a parent. Not a sibling. It must be a parent. And it must be at a maximum ratio of two minors to one parent. Please do not contact the venue to make an exception. We can not.

Parking
Prior to 6pm, the east side of Sullivan Street (across the street from the club) is illegal to park on. We suggest that if you want parking on Sullivan Street, you should arrive 15 minutes before 6pm, and have someone tend to the vehicle until 6pm. You will be legally parked as of 6pm. If you arrive after 6pm, and you can not find parking, just try to find parking within a 4 block radius of Sullivan Hall (Laguardia, Thompson, and Macdougal are the closest side streets.) There are parking garages nearby too. The closest is on West 3rd between Macdougal and 6th Avenue has a big garage.

Load-In and Sound Check
You will load-in through the main entrance at 214 Sullivan Street, which is street level. Unfortunately, due to sound restrictions from a neighboring business, we can not make any noise until they close. This includes sound checking. We are never sure exactly what time they will close, but Monday – Friday, it’s anywhere from 6pm to as late as 7:30pm, though that is rare. We suggest that the headlining act, or if no headliner, the first act, load-in, set-up, get the stage wired, and then begin checking as soon as that neighboring business shuts down. LOAD-IN TIME MUST BE ARRANGED AND VERIFIED. Please email the person you set the show up with, and copy victor@sullivanhallnyc.com.

Beverage & Food
Sullivan Hall has a full bar with bottled & draft beer, wine, mid to top-shelf spirits, single malt and blended scotches and more. For those that do not drink alcohol, we do serve soda, juice, and bottled water as well. As for food, we serve pizza only.

Coat Check
We have a coat check attendant every night from Mid-October through Mid-April. If it’s unseasonably cold in September through Mid-October or from Mid-April through May, we may have a coat check attendant as well. The price of coat check is $3/item.
You do not have to check your coat at Sullivan Hall, but if you do not check it, you must hold onto it then. We do not want the floor, stage, and bar littered with coats. Thanks.
